The government has announced a scheme called "Baby Bonus" to tackle this problem. Under this scheme, each couple will receive millions of rupees on childbirth.



In Greece, under the Baby Bonus Scheme, a child-bearing couple will be given 2000 thousand euros for this scheme, the government has a budget of about 30 billion rupees.



According to a UN report, Greece's population is about one million and it is decreasing rapidly. The report said that if the birth rate does not rise there, the population will decrease by 33% in the next 30 years.



By the year 2050, 36 percent of the population will be 65 years old, so the government there has announced the Baby Bonus Scheme for raising the birth rate.



In addition to Greece, many other countries also have the Baby Bonus scheme which includes countries like Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Poland. In Australia, baby makers are paid around Rs 5,000 to Rs 5 lakh.
