Tipu Sultan
was a great Muslim freedom fighter. His real name was Shareef Sultan Fateh Ali
Khan Tipu, but he known as Sultan Tipu or Tipu Sultan. Tipu Sultan was the
ruler of the kingdom of Mysore (southern India). He fought the war against
British Army in India. This is an example of his bravery that the British army
could not dare to come near to his dead body for a long after his martyrdom.
