Tommy Lee posts and deletes fully nude photo on Instagram
Rock star Tommy Lee, 59, posted a full-frontal nude photo on Instagram and Facebook early Thursday that he hilariously captioned "Ooooopppsss."
While the post was online, Lee's wife Brittany Furlan commented on the photo with "Oh my god."
Many of his friends and fans reacted with shock across the internet.
But clearly, there was nothing wrong with the appearance of the graphic image. And while the penis image has since been removed from the platform, the Motley Crue rocker sparked a debate about the social media site's community guidelines, with Instagram censoring his image differently than others. He referred to the double standard.
Newsweek reported that the photo, which showed the heavily tatted musician sitting naked in his marble bathroom, lasted nearly four hours — "an insane amount of time," according to one Twitter user.
